All my student life I thought I would choose an academic career. I studied Media Studies and Journalism at Masaryk University and I was already doing research at school. I gained a lot of experience in collecting and analysing data and using statistical procedures. I learned how to find the most effective methodology to achieve valid and reliable results.

However, I later realised that although research work is fascinating and rewarding, I needed to see the practical results of my work. So when I found out that Direct People were looking for people to join their team, I knew I had to give it a try. Not only does the company have an amazing philosophy, atmosphere and people, but it also gives me the opportunity to use my analytical skills, be creative and bring innovative ideas to life. It’s a pleasure to be part of a company that makes things better. And when I’m not at work, I’m reviewing books, taking walks and enjoying beautiful views, and I also enjoy media, political podcasts, wine and dogs.
