I joined Direct People, where I am in charge to the customer service for Levna tramvajenka project, after 10 years working for the family-owned travel agency. I advise and help clients with administration, from orders all the way to contract termination. I enjoy communicating with our customers and I am always happy when I find a perfect solution for them.
