At Direct People I am in charge of administration and customer care of Levna tramvajenka project. I address all the issues which our clients are unable to deal with by themselves via phone, email or chat messages. Sometimes this even extends to things that have no connection whatsoever with Levná tramvajenka :-), and it is a work I enjoy. I am loyal, communicative and according to some a workaholic. Everything I do has to be perfect.
