Věra Pokorná

Controlling has been my job description ever since graduating from university. I came across it by coincidence and realized that it is the perfect fit for me. I enjoy analyzing data, reporting and improving processes to have the financial situation of a company under control. I have long worked for a company with the controlling set to the tiniest detail but I have also been in a company with a very little interest in it. Both of these experiences taught me a lot. Seeing the consequences of both functional and neglected financial systems was insightful and helped me shape my own ideas about priorities in controlling. In my free time I enjoy sport and I am the happiest when I can be in the mountains with my kids.
